Overview
This is the internal reference for Rubicon Capital Markets and its subsidiaries. Everything here is written and maintained by the President’s office.
Two kinds of documents
Section titled “Two kinds of documents”Core documents are governed. They carry a version number, an effective date, and a named owner, all displayed under the title. They change only through a reviewed pull request, and every change is recorded in the changelog. If you need to know what a policy said on a particular date, the revision history answers that.
Everything else is operational reference. It changes whenever it needs to and carries no version stamp. Treat it as current practice, not as policy.
What this handbook is not
Section titled “What this handbook is not”This handbook does not carry the written supervisory procedures for Maccabees Securities, the compliance manual, or any other regulatory books and records. Those live in the compliance system and are maintained by the CCO. Where a topic here touches a supervisory requirement, this handbook points to the controlling document rather than restating it.
Restating a regulatory document in a second place creates a second source of truth. When the two drift, the drift is the finding.
Access
Section titled “Access”Access is granted through Google Workspace group membership. Losing Workspace access removes access here at the same moment. There is no separate account to create and no separate password.
